Need a tow truck? This is how it works

If you need a tow truck, call or message +31 6 14 68 70 30 and tell us three things: where the car is, what has gone wrong and where it needs to go. You hear a fixed price straight away. Once you agree, we set off. We load the car onto a flatbed or trailer and take it to your garage, your home or any other address you choose.

Rather message than call? Both work, day and night. On WhatsApp you can share your location and a photo of the car, which shows us what is needed, for example when the wheels no longer turn or the car is wedged into a parking space. In and around Amsterdam we reach you within 30 minutes on average. Elsewhere, you hear the expected arrival time on the phone.

A towing service near you, wherever you are

Looking for a towing service near you? You do not have to work out who covers your area first. We drive to you, whether you are in a residential street, on an industrial estate, at a petrol station or on the motorway. We work from the Netherlands and also collect cars across Europe and in Turkey, from Belgium and Germany to Spain, Poland and Greece. Towing, breakdown recovery or vehicle salvage: what is the difference?

People use the words interchangeably. A towing service collects a car that can no longer be driven, or may no longer be driven, and takes it away. Breakdown recovery usually means getting a car off the road after a breakdown or an accident, often from an awkward spot. We carry cars on a flatbed or trailer, so the wheels do not have to roll along the road. That matters when the wheels, brakes or steering are damaged.

After an accident on a motorway, the emergency services or the road authority sometimes clear the carriageway first and have the car moved to a safe place. Once your car is on a yard or at a garage, we collect it from there and take it to a body shop, to your home or to any address you choose.

What we do for you

We provide roadside help, towing, car transport within the Netherlands and to or from other countries, and transport of broken-down and accident-damaged cars. You choose the destination: your own garage, a body shop, your home or a scrapyard. We also collect a car you have just bought, in the Netherlands or abroad.

How much does a towing service cost?

The price depends on where the car is, where it needs to go, how far that is and whether the car still rolls. That is why there are no amounts on this website: you hear the price straight away on the phone or on WhatsApp. We agree that price upfront and it stays that way, with no surprises afterwards. You do not need to belong to any breakdown organisation; you only pay for the job you give us.

A 24-hour towing service: nights, weekends and public holidays

Breakdowns do not keep office hours. We are a 24-hour towing service, reachable on weekdays, at night, on Saturdays and Sundays and on public holidays. If you call in the middle of the night from the hard shoulder, someone answers and starts sorting it out with you. If it is urgent, for example because you are stuck somewhere unsafe, say so straight away. Emergency towing starts with a clear conversation: where are you, is everyone safe and where should the car go.
