Towing at night: safety first, then call
In the dark, other drivers see you later. Switch on the hazard lights straight away and put on a high-visibility vest if you have one. On a motorway, wait with everyone behind the crash barrier. In town or on a smaller road, find a safe, well-lit spot away from the traffic. Call 112 if there is immediate danger. Then call or message us. In and around Amsterdam we reach you within 30 minutes on average; elsewhere you hear the expected arrival time on the phone.
Towing on a Sunday and at the weekend
At the weekend your own garage is often closed. That does not mean the car has to stay where it is. We can take it to your home or to another address you choose, so that it is safe there until the garage opens again. If you then want the car taken to the garage, you can arrange that trip with us as well, at a time that suits you.
Towing on public holidays
At Christmas, on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, at Easter, Whitsun and on King's Day we are simply available. Those are exactly the days when many people are on the road to family or heading off on holiday. If you break down on your way abroad, we collect the car across the border too. Wherever you are, the agreement is the same: you hear a fixed price upfront and nothing is added afterwards.
