Privacy
Short and honest: what we do with your data.
This website does not track you. There are no cookies, no analytics and no advertising pixels. Contact runs through phone or WhatsApp.
No cookies, no tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising services. The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; Google receives your IP address for that, as with any web page that fetches a file from a server. Nothing else leaves your browser unless you press a button yourself.
Phone and WhatsApp
When you call or message us on +31 6 14 68 70 30, we use your name, phone number, location, vehicle details and destination only to answer your request and carry out the tow. On WhatsApp, the privacy terms of Meta (WhatsApp) also apply. Prefer not to use WhatsApp? Then call us.
The quote form
The form on this site sends nothing to a server of ours. Your answers are combined in your browser into one WhatsApp message that you send yourself. Until you do, they stay only in your own browser (session storage) and disappear when you close the tab.
Location
If you choose "Use my location" in the form, your browser asks for permission. The coordinates are used solely to put a map link into your WhatsApp message so we can find you faster. They are not stored and not sent to us or anyone else until you send the message yourself.
Retention and your rights
We keep the details of a job no longer than needed to carry it out and for the records the law requires. You can always ask which data we hold about you and request deletion or correction: call or message +31 6 14 68 70 30.
Changes
If anything about this practice changes, we update this page.
